About the Firm
We hold varied experience in the fields of Law, which spans over preventive practice of law/advisory services, compliance management, litigation and arbitration at various fora of law. We have extensive experience of representing our clients before High Courts in India, district courts in Delhi, NCLT/ NCLAT, CCI and other quasi-judicial bodies in India.

Bharat Bhushan
Bharat Bhushan is the founder of Broadways Legal Consulting Private Limited and the firm, established since the year 2000. He is empaneled with various corporates as Legal Advisor. His rich experience in litigation has always proved to be extremely handy while he sits in the board room to advice.
He has various reported judgments to his credits in the field of service, employment related laws. He has been representing clients across various for a of laws including district courts, high courts and various other tribunals like NCLT, NCLAT, CAT, SAT, CCI etc.
He is also member of various ICC, Ethics committee, project approval committee etc. where he assumes the role of dealing with and advising on legal risk in the matters.
He has been representing his clients before various CBI courts at the trial stage and is recognized among his circles as a master of criminal law & criminal law procedure.
